What I Do

I provide tailored lessons for each student while teaching at their pace. I teach the basics of guitar and music theory. I set practice schedules, assigning styles and licks for homework. I adapt my lessons around the genre my pupils want to focus on. I also provide guidance about equipment needed.

Who I Am

I've been teaching guitar and music theory for over 15 years. As a professional musician, I have had the opportunity to focus on a wide variety of genres and styles which helps with personalizing lessons for each student. Whether it be rock, jazz or country, each student has different preferences for style and sound. I will help you learn the fundamentals so that you can create your own signature tone. During my time playing with several bands, I have picked up various professional techniques to stand out above the rest.

I take great pride in my guitar instruction. Each lesson is carefully crafted to personalize every student's experience. I'll help you understand how to achieve the sound you want, whether it be digital or analog. I also make sure to cover all of the basic topics ranging from technique and music history, to equipment and music theory. My teaching style is friendly, welcoming, and effective for all students.
